building the SDK headaces

I am trying to build the kobo SDK by following these instructions:

at the build-all step

libmng wont compile, I updated it to 2.0.3, and it compiled

now QT wont compile:

can someone help me?

I never build the kobo SKD myself. But since nobody else seems to answer, ... Me seems make should not search for C++ but for arm-linux-gnueabihf-c++ (if you are using the newer tool chain) or similar.
