Change cover image error

Hello,

when I try to change a cover image I have this error :

Unhandled exception

Code:

'NoneType' object has no attribute 'ext'
Detailed traceback:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "calibre\gui2\dialogs\metadata_single.pyo", line 116, in set_cover
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'ext'

Calibre 0.4.136, windows xp

To set the cover from a format you first have to select that format in the list
