Covers and extra stylus for PRS 350.

I recently got a 350. As I have stated in other threads its an excellent little reader. So I looked for a couple of cover options for it.

I bought this one first from navitech for $10.(free shipping) Took a chance on it. I was going to get the igadgitz cover for the 350 at first since I got it for my girlfriends 650. Its a great cover but expensive at $23. So I took a chance on this one. Glad I did.

I recieved it today and I must say its an excellent cover. Not bad at all for $10. We shall see how it holds up. The white stiching does not look bad as well. The only think I wish it had was a pocket for an extra stylus. I think I can add one later though.

I also got these stylus from an ebay seller.

I got THREE for the low price of $5.34.(originally for the palm E2. So I have one for my 350, one for my girlfriends 650 and a spare. Its has a metal shaft and it has a better point on it than the stylus that comes with the sonys. Much easier to pick out words or passages. I tried it out and it works just fine.

I also got this silicon skin for $5.49. I purchased it as temporary protection waiting on my cover.( though the cover came in pretty quick it could have taken a month to reach me)

I was very surprised with it. It fits great and is a good option if one doesnt want to pay ridiculous prices to skin their ereader a darker color. Also it provide good drop protection. Doesnt add much weight or bulk to the reader at all. Great option for home use or for those that dont like the added bulk of a full on cover. I will keep this as a backup or perhaps for a spare 350 if I choose to get another later down the road. All in all I think I did pretty good. Just under $21 for all this stuff.

Oh yeah did I mention how great the 350 is???

I have this also and like it, although I can't push the reader in to the right enough so that the vertical thin leather strip on the left doesn't cover some small portion of the screen. To compensate, I set the left margin of ebooks to 5 points or more.

Does it fit in (and stay in) the 350's silo?

A matter of taste, but I prefer the TPU cases, for $2.00 more (eBay prices). Added a screen protector (perfectly clear, but you see more reflections) and it's usually my preferred case, except when doing heavy traveling with more risk of damage, in which case I use the NaviTech case (though the 350 needs to first be removed from the TPU case).

Unfortunately it doesnt fit. But I intend to keep the regular stylus unused in its silo. It really is a great stylus and hopefully I can add some sort of pocket to the cover.

Yeah the left of the inside cover strip is very close to the inside edge of the reader. It doesnt cover any of my screen though. Its right on the bezel edge. So I can read fine with it.
