This appears to be a reduced size edition of The Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook ($8.62). There's no description yet on the free edition, but the size is less than half that of the more expensive edition.

I read the reviews for this during the night. Evidently it is for basic items, such as mashed potatoes. Things that can be had in any cookbook. There is some sort of 'lead in' writing for each recipe, trying to tie in to the HP world.
