I'm using a class 10 card without any issues.
This may be a case of the card manufacturers more closely following the specs for the cards, in that they were looser with the specs on previous generations. This, in conjunction with reader electronics that is expecting looser spec adherence, may be causing problems. Then again, it could be something completely different... |

Same here. I'm using an 8GB SanDisk class 10 card, and I've had no problems. In fact, everything's felt a great deal more sprightly since I switched a few months ago (to be fair, I was coming from a class 2 card). But yeah, it could be to do with spec implementations between generations.
