What files take longest to load/index?
Upon restart (or card insert),what files take longest to load?
An SD card full of:
-.PDF
-.TXT
-.RTF
-.LRF
-.LRX - files?

What's an LRX? I am guessing but I would say that a SD card full of txt files would take the longest. PDFs seem to load pretty quickly.

LRX/LRF that have no been loaded using eBook Library take the longest to load as the 505 has to do the pagination where eBook Library does it on loading the content.

That is done when the book is opened though, rather than when the card is indexed. It isn't clear which the original poster was asking about.
