reading pdf's on 901?

Does anyone know how the new 9" models would perform with PDF's consisting mainly of images, like Google Books pdfs
(e.g. http://goo.gl/Ka11s)

Or the pdf's like you find on archive.org?
(e.g. http://www.archive.org/details/futil...lonr00gerhrich)

I know there's no feasible way of reading those on a 6" device.
On a 9" device, they may look readable. Does anyone know if they do?

And more importantly: isn't page turning with such files too sluggish to be practicable?

Hi

I have just tested the google example you point in a Kindle DXG and it looks great.
I bet the 902/903 being the same screen size (9.7’) will at least be as great as with the Kindle.

Concerning the speed of turning pages: in the Kindle no problem, almost as fast (one as to be really picky to notice it as more then a little slower) as a mobipocket book… this even with colour scanned (200 ppi’s) A4 PDF’s of more then 100 pages and 50 or 60 Megs of size.

Best regards,
