It is a dupe, they've been free since the beginning of the year, but I'm sure we have lots of new members since then that don't know about it so who cares if it's a dupe.

If your daughter wants some more free Romance, Mills & Boon also has some freebies...

I figured it was a promotion of some kind and probably on-going. Google is my friend and found it for me.
