Any news on European release

It was quite some time ago that I heard that SONY might be releasing the eReader in the UK June or July ish....

Well, it is now June, and I have not heard or seen anything that might sugest they are going to do that.

Anyone heard anything???

Incidently, I am a SONY eReader owner, bought it about three months ago from Amercia so it does not really effect me, although a UK Connect store might be handy, and I have a number of friends who may buy one if it were released here.

I don't know of anything since those initial rumors back in Jan/Feb.

The report was in the "Financial Times" which isn't noted for printing wild rumours, so I'm still hopeful that it will appear. No point in asking Sony - these things are never "pre-announced".
