That was my thought as well. And notice what the article says: "Amazon says Kindle ebook sales have overtaken print For every 100 hardback and paperback book sold in UK, 114 ebooks are downloaded in 'reading renaissance'" The second sentence doesn't actually support the first - it says that for every 100 pbooks sold, 114 ebooks are downloaded. How many of the pbooks are free? |

That's just what I was thinking. When it takes a week or two for a pbook to arrive if bought online and it only takes 5 seconds to buy an ebook naturally people are going to buy more of them in a given period of time.
