Anyone could tell that kindle-usbnet-0.7.N.zip could be installed on KT 5.3.2
Just wondering if it will cause any problem to the newly updated firmware to KT.
Also, there is a file update_simple_usbnet_1.1_install.bin that I've found in YifanLu's website. What is the difference between the two. I am planning to use winscp to connect KT to my PC, which requires usbnet. Thanks in advance. |

The on by NiLuJe is based on YifanLu's and is more recently maintained.
If your 5.3.2 firmware still has the "device jailbreak" installed, you can should be able to run the usbnet installer. If not, you will have to down-grade from 5.3.2 to install the device jailbreak - ixtab recently posted a HowTo thread on that subject here. |
