Come to think of it, wouldn't they have had a garage sale, rather than a tent sale, if they were to sell cars?

Some trivia questions;

1. According to the New England Journal of Medicine, a country's per capita Nobel Prize tally is positively affected by its consumption of what?

2. What do the following people have in common; Paul David Hewson, Edison Arantes do Nascimento and Richard Melville Hall?

3. Where are the Islets of Langerhans?

4. In literature, Mr J Fawley is better known as....?

5. Why is Chalara fraxinea in the news at the moment?

Fraxinus is the Ash tree (we have a couple) genus, so I expect there's some connection with your Chalara fraxinea

I'm not going to try 1,3 or 4, as no doubt Shayne will have nailed them.

1. Correct. Link to the story, here.
3. Correct
4. Correct

It is linked to the Ash tree, but is a European thing really, so the full answer will probably come from one of our European members.

2. Not music, no (it doesn't link all three of them).
5. Near enough, it's the name of the fungus that is killing off European ash trees.

All wrong I'm afraid, although number five was on the right lines.

Just the answer to number 2 to get. Start by working out how they are better known.

For some reason it is known as elm tree disease in Scandinavia, wonder why, I think it is the same disease.

Sorry Kumabjorn, I wasn't aware of that

It makes no real difference, thankfully. Shayne has an unassailable lead.

No worries, it might be a different disease, I'm no arborist.
Tried to be funny about the Langhans, since that is in the skin, I guess that one didn't catch on.

There is a Dutch Elm disease as well, which have had in the UK. Not the same as the Ash one though.

2. Is it something to do with their nicknames being derived from an association their full name (middle name?) has with something else? I say this because Richard Melville Hall is the real name of Moby (Melville is the connection, obviously).
