Adding Multi-Volume Reference Works?

Is there an easy way to add multi-volume books? For example, a dictionary may have three volumes, each in a separate file. I've been entering each one as a separate book (i.e., Dictionary, Vol. 1) and then making a Series out of the actual title as well, but this involves a lot of copying and pasting of metadata. Also, it would be nice if all three files were located under one book entry.

Any suggestions on how to do this, or make the process less complicated?
