"syn⋅es⋅the⋅sia [sin-uhs-thee-zhuh] –noun a sensation produced in one modality when a stimulus is applied to another modality, as when the hearing of a certain sound induces the visualization of a certain color." Source: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/synesthesia I've also heard it referred to as sensory reversal, wherein one "hears colors" and "sees sounds" but that definition was courtesy of the Peter Himmelman album of the same name. (Great album BTW) |

Fin to Wing
WDE, that was very freaky timing with the whale. Not only that, but also that someone was there with a video camera to record the incident.
You could say it was a fluke in more ways than one! |

Sweetpea.
The funny thing is that the driver applies the brakes just as the truck goes over the tipping point. As if pressing the brakes will stop it falling! |

The worst part is, they should have closed the bridge due to hard wind! They often do and after the first truck went down, they should have removed all trucks.
At least he dropped on a free road |

Wouldn't want to be in a car next to a truck on a windy day on a bridge. How fast does the wind get?
Maybe next time he should have a full load of marshmallows in the cabin. |

A few days later, trucks were adviced to avoid that bridge... (as a full blown storm was raging then)

If the wind is that strong then maybe a small car could be lifted by it?
