Ooooooo, very tacky. Not cool at all. Hopefully, that's just to cover their ... you know what, and they'll waive it for a defective product.

Except that it clearly says that replacing a defective product also includes the 5% fee: "You can also opt for the replacement product at no extra cost except the 5% Service Fees of invoice value". It's as if there's no warranty at all and everything is handled as an out-of-warranty case...
