Mine are definitely white. Nothing like the green of the battery indicator.

Network status icons turn green if you have a Google Account added to your phone
and the phone is connected to Google services, for syncing your Gmail, Calendar
events, contacts, for backing up your settings, and so on. If you don’t have a Google

to the Internet, the network icons are white

Anyone else having a problem downloading this update? Mine gets so far and then states that there is a problem with my connection. All web pages are working.

Any suggestions? (Have tried restarting Vox with no joy lol)

I'm guessing that the problem is on their end, since there is probably a lot of people demanding update right now. It took me a couple of tries to get the thing downloaded, and the second try was in the wee hours of the morning when most of North America was asleep.

Me too. I was hoping that this update would have support for PayPal. I hate giving my credit card info to other sites.

Took me over 20 mins to eventually get the update to download.

After several more attempts download only progresses to around 35%.

Any ideas of a solution? Maybe takes a few days to reach the West Coast?!

This update no longer appears on my notifications page. I am pretty sure it didn't get downloaded.

That's a good question, wwpierre. Why should a customer be cut off from any update after a certain time or after so many failed download and install attempts? Kobo should have a site to download this stuff, not just sell books. Get with it, Kobo!

When I say over 20 mins I mean
I was doing a full on factory reset. Step 2 is check for updates.
For over 20 mins;
1) I clicked next
2) I clicked Check now for new updates
3) I watched the download bar get a third of the way across
4) I clicked the OK on the tablet upgrade error.
5) I went back to step 1

Step 6 would have involved a hammer but the Kobo relented in the end.

How many touches per minute?

Mine's not showing the update anymore either. I didn't even try to install it, I just got my Vox rooted and I didn't feel like taking over husband's Windows box to re-do it.
