Some help, please! (PORTAL)
It has been pointed out by a reader in Portugal that my book is not available for download in his/her country. I am hoping that some of our international members can check to see if it is available in your country. I would also be extremely grateful if someone can help me figure out how to make it available in Portugal and other countries where it is not available at the moment.

I don't have a Kindle, but if you publish on smashwords it would be available in multiple formats (for those of us without Kindles) and without geographic restrictions.

Not available in Denmark at all through amazon.com. but shows as a pbook with one copy available on amazon.eu and amazon.co.uk, but not as an ebook on either.
