I would much prefer to keep romance to December 2010. The other swaps don't make much sense when keeping romance to December.

We have two SF slots within two months of each other. I would suggest swapping the November and May slots so we have SF in May and Classics in Nov.

Presuming the schedule stays the same for 2011 then yes, May or July would probably be better for the second one.

It would be a good idea to decide on a definition that folks agree on ahead of time.

I've seen it defined many ways...
Any PD book
Any PD book that's popular enough to still be in print
Any book at least 40-50 years old that's popular enough to still be in print
