Backup Note & PDF

Hi,
I am sorry if there was a discussion on the same topic previously.

I have 3 questions:

1. I have Onyx book 9.7... And until now, I do not know how to backup my note, either locally or through cloud.

2. How to backup annotated PDF file on default e-reader in Onyx boox 9.7?

3. Those 2 questions always bothering me, since I am planning to buy onyx note 10.3. How can i transfer all the note and pdf (including annotation) to new device?

I think, Onyx should do some R&D to improve the software. I have been looking at remarkable software. It backup on the device and sync to PC without any problem.
Is there any plan from onyx to make a similar features?
Hardware specs is important, but at the end, we value more on the note we have created with the device....
