TOM CRUISE - the Kindle 2 voice?
Could it be true? Not that it really matters, but someone claims that Amazon hired Tom Cruise as the voice for the Kindle 2's controversial text-to-speech feature.

I believe engadget used his picture in reference to the voice/software/technology being called Tom. Not that it is actually his voice or that he has any affiliation with it.
