A very nice recent review on Amazon.

5.0 out of 5 stars A wonderful story that is full of heart and love of life June 23, 2014
By WT Sharpe
What an enjoyable story The Baer Boys by Alan Hutcheson is. The characters are well-drawn and very believable, and the story is deeply engrossing. There are no guns, no explosions, and no villains in this tale (well, one teenager who was a certified jerk); rather the author managed to build and sustain suspense and interest without them by focusing on the fortunes and vicissitudes of everyday life. I found myself rooting for everyone in the novel, even when their goals conflicted. I genuinely liked these characters and didn't want to see anyone lose out or get hurt. The Baer Boys is frequently funny, sometimes poignant, but always full of heart and love of life. Most highly recommended.

5 star review for The Baer Boys

Another very nice review for The Baer Boys. This one from a Goodreads member.

May 13, 2014 Carol rated it 5 of 5 stars
From first reading the free sample I couldn't wait to read this book. It did not disappoint me. It is a very believable story that I could relate to. Funny, romance, suspense- what more could you ask. I hope there will be more Baer books.

Thank you, Carol!
