Discovering ebooks and comparing ereaders

I recently received some ereaders to review, plus I've been catching up on my reading on the reader. I wrote up my experiences, including with the desktop apps. I hope this will be of interest:

I guess you're kind of picky. It wasn't THAT bad.

Sad news for me though - now that I finally have an income again, Baen has gone all expensive. No more access to the archived monthly packs, either.

Dang! Can't win for losing!
