Valancourt e-books

Just came across this thread -- we've actually been actively releasing all our older titles for Nook and Kobo over the past couple weeks. Most of the Gothic titles are now up for both Amazon and Nook, with Kobo to follow shortly after. Just let us know if there's a title you want to read that's not available in your preferred e-reader format, and we'll see what we can do!

Here's the link for our Gothic e-books: http://valancourtbooks.com/catalogue/ebooks_gothic.html

I found myself establishing marching order in my current scene. It occurred to me that it's a habit I have from playing D&D, so I wrote about that and a couple of other habits I have leftover from my gaming days.

I know someone in a writing chatroom who was looking for Nook editions. I'll tell her to check out your site.

5 Question Interviews w/ Authors

I've been posting a series of interviews with various authors on my blog - asking each the same five questions. It's been a lot of fun! Some of the folks I've interviewed so far have been Erin Hart, Sujata Massey, Hugh Howey, Simon Wood, Will Weaver, Pete Hautman, and a bunch more. You can scroll through them here:

We're back, and with Volume 4 of Glenn Rolfe's Haunted Halls series. Things are picking up, and secrets are starting to be uncovered in the horrific entry into the series.

To the Stars examines the vast size of the Universe and why we man never actually know if there is anyone out there or not. On my Bleeding Edge Blog:

Jeff McArthur goes back to my childhood and writes a pretty good "Choose your own adventure." Check out our thoughts on this first volume, entitled Mystic Island.

@kennyc -- really enjoyed "To the Stars". There is so much to look for even if we never find everything and never will, it surely shouldn't keep us from trying!

I've posted a new review today. This review is for The Pretty Gentleman by Max Fincher. It's an historical drama, coming-of-age, murder mystery and I really enjoyed it. It's always lovely to be able to recommend.

Here's the link: http://papyrus.calebblake.net/2013/0...by-max-fincher
