Register K4 NT without Wi-Fi

This describes an easy way to register K2 outside U.S.

Is there such a way for registering K4 NT?

But the K4 NT can connect to any wifi network and so can register anywhere there's a wifi network. the problem with the K2 was that it was Whispernet (mobile phone) only, and couldn't be connected to the internet to register outside the US.

Thanks for the quick reply pdurrant.

What to do if one does not have *any* access to Wi-Fi, either at home, friends or free Wi-Fi zones like McDonalds? I have wired broadband only.

All I want is to unlock the settings page. I do not intend to buy books from Amazon.

Thanks.

Thanks a ton kaznelson. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I jailbroke my K4NT, applied the registration update and it worked like a charm!

Warm regards.
