Free (nook/Kobo/HQN) More Than Words series [Biographical Romance]

Harlequin have added to their set of freebie series of "Bestselling authors & Real-life heroines" featuring their authors writing mini-romances based on the lives of women who've inspired them.

These are multi-store freebies and should show up pretty much elsewhere eventually. Since they'll likely be adding more later at some point, I'm just going to do brief single line links with the overall series blurb for the descriptor.

Maxwell's Smile by Michelle Hauf about the Barta Sisters and their Kid Flicks non-profit org @ B&N, Kobo, Harlequin.

Hooked by Bettina Krahn, about Donna Fischer who runs a breast-cancer non-profit @ B&N, Kobo, Harlequin.

No One But You by Jillian Hart, about Nellie Blyberg who volunteers at a women's shelter in Toronto @ B&N, Kobo, Harlequin

Some older ones still free, at least directly from Harlequin:

Worth the Risk by Meryl Sawyer

Daffodils in Spring by Pamela Morsi

Sheltering Hearts by Robyn Carr

Series Description
We all have the power to effect change--we just need to find the strength to harness it. With every good deed done, and helping hand offered, we are making the world a better place. The dedicated women selected as this year's recipients of Harlequin's More Than Words award have changed many lives for the better, through their compassionate hearts and unshakable commitment. To celebrate their accomplishments, bestselling authors have written stories inspired by these real-life heroines.

The first three are also free from Sony right now, not sure about the three older ones.

In this book, Jillian Hart honors the work of Mary Byberg, a committed volunteer for Nellie's Shelter for Women and Children in Toronto, Ontario.

We hope More Than Words inspires you look inside your heart and to get in touch with the heroine inside of you.
