New "Thraxas" books

I'm sure I'm not alone in being a fan of the highly enjoyable "Thraxas" series by Martin Scott (real name Martin Millar), about a failed Wizard turned private investigator and his homicidal but cute half-Orc sidekick. 8 books in the series were published by Baen between 1999 and 2003, but then some kind of contractual dispute arose between Mr. Millar and Baen, leaving the series finished on a cliff-hanger.

I was delighted to see today, purely by accident, that a new book's just been published, "Thraxas and the Ice Dragon", continuing the story, with a 10th book promised soon.

An excellent series which I recommend to every fantasy fan.

Never heard of it, but I'm definitely giving it a shot. Sounds likes just the thing for me.

by the way, one thing to keep in mind is that Baen came out with the first four books as two combo books. Scott is publishing them as individual books now. I actually thought there were a couple of books that I didn't have at first.
