Way to delete redundnant books?

I have about 20 titles that are in my library and Nook twice and show up as Main (2 books). Is there a magical way to remove the extra copy using Calibre?

Select thos books
Right click the recycle Icon:
Remove Matching books from device
Note: All those books are currently selected, you must remove the tick from the ones you wish to leave in place (deleting device books may remove the 'last page read' marker on the reader).

(and almost no mouse use) for lots of books that have been updated
Click the Date column, Scroll to the first book you wish to KEEP.
Click to remove the Tick

(The no Mouse trick, keyboard only )
Left Arrow key (the tick-click leaves the box) to get back without changing tick status,

Down Arrow
Spacebar (to change/toggle the tick )

<repeat> Fast, auto scrolls

You can also use the Find Duplicates Plug In. You can even automate their deletion if they're exact binary duplicates (you may need to search for format:false to clean up any leftover records after doing a binary delete)
