Hi,
sorry for my late reply, but I was on a short holiday and only returned yesterday. I contacted an IT friend and explained my problem. He came today, changed some things in the settings (don't ask me what exactly 'cause I really don't know) and he downloaded Calibre and it works ... thank God!
