ebook settlement
Anyone hear anything about the ebook settlement? According to the website, the court was suppose to have the final hearing and approval of the settlement back on Feb 8th. Does anyone know if this has happened? (ok, looking around I see that it was approved. I guess what I'm really wondering is what the schedule is for getting credits (mostly talking about Amazon))

I'd guess the credits have been delayed by the final publishers settling recently.

The article says nothing about penalties levied on Apple, the ringleader who organized the price-fixing scheme. They call this justice?

Apple hasn't settled. If they don't end up settling then the trial with start in June IIRC.

Hmmm. You complain about lack of justice, but appear to want Apple to be fined without the formality of going to court to defend themselves. Is that really your idea of what justice is?
