Adding books to Calibre...
I have a file entitled Calibre Books that when I started up Calibre for the first time I told Calibre, this is my book file. Since running calibre for awhile I have obtained another file that contains folders of authors. In the author folders are the books they wrote. Is there a way to merge my two folders? Calibre documentation says to not simple put books into the calibre folder. How do I do it?

At the top-left of the Calibre window should be a button "Add Books". Right-click that button and select the third option. For more details, see:
