I really don't have this file/folder.
I run "tree" command in Putty, and this is how output part for /share folder looks like:

...
no webkit-1.0, I searched for search_bar.js in the output, but it doesn't exist

show?

(your dot ./usr/share bothers me)

or

find / -iname '*'"search_bar.js"'*'


and what does uname -a show?

"webkit-1.0" folder is visible, [s]but I can't access it via "cd" command[/s]
Now it works, I can acces files.

I'll check rest of commands in a minute.

I'm experiencing the same problem on second Kindle, this folder doesn't exists
I don't know what I did previously to create/show it, but the situation is the same, and
Code:
ls -al /usr/share
doesn't show this folder.
This Kindle is freshly after JB, JBPatch, JBKindlet. I had run webrowser, so maybe it would create webkit-1.0 folder, made reboot, but it's still not there.
Any ideas?

I use MfgTool to put Kindle into diags mode, then turn on USBNetworking and connect via SSH in Putty. Windows XP SP3. In previous Kindle Touch 5.3.2 this folder was also invisible, until something happend.

Try this WITHOUT being in diags mode.

or I suppose you could mount the partition (that is currently not mounted) and search in that.

Root filesystem is located on main parition. In diags mode main parition isn't mounted by default. Either mount it or connect to KT when it's in main (not diags) mode.
