i could be wrong about this but i think it applies when a picture is in a user album and ALSO in, for example, a social group album. so the comment can be accessed from the group page or from the user profile page.

Sorry, Greenie, but in fact, the picture thread is actually a conduit to an ALTERNATE dimension. The alt dimension is actually a 2 dimensional universe, in which the pics from MR appear magically to the little flat natives, who worship us as their pantheon of dieties.

Don't try to correct them. I'm hoping they will soon figure out that they need to send us loot... I mean offerings.

Listen, we can all make valid points in a 1D universe, but a 2D universe is where we have to draw the line. Now Zelda wants us in a 3D universe, which seems like a solid proposal, but if we go to 4D, well, I just don't have the time for that.
