See, I'm the other way. After my contract is up, I'm moving back to an iPhone and never touching another phone that isn't iOS ever again. Even if they stop making them, I'm just going to keep buying those last versions until they can't be used anymore. The software is just that good for ME.

Apple makes some products I really like; they also make some I'm not keen on. They're like just about any other company in that regard.

Microsoft IMHO does a fairly good job of letting employees contribute to the boards found on it's own web sites.

From what I have seen, Amazon employees don't do much in the way of responding on the forum they host and own, much less here.

My vague recollection is that, in the Apple II era, there was an Apple employee who did a fair bit of what Faterson asks, but then, for reasons unrelated to his employment, he was sent to prison.
