I'm writing from Italy where I have just converted an english book from pdf to AZW3, but my kindle paperwhite doesn't recognise the language; the kindle was purchased in Italy, with both dictionaries italian and english, but when I make an access to the dictionary from this very book it opens the italian one instead of the english, while in any other case (books purchased from kindle store) it opens the right dictionary.
What can I do to sove such a problem? I have to cobvert again the book with different parameters? And which ones? Thanks in advance

Set the language field in calibre via the edit metadata dialog before converting.
