And, of course, there's Jane Austen's Fight Club!
http://www.funnyordie.com/videos/efe...n-s-fight-club In all seriousness, a good book. I haven't looked into it since high school.

I like Bride and Prejudice which is a Bollywood-influenced musical version of the story with Martin Henderson and Naveen Andrews.

It's 10-minute segments read by different people. You're right - this gentleman sounds as if he's using a really cheap and nasty webcam. Most of the others have been absolutely fine.

They do seem to be having audio issues. What a pity - hopefully they'll sort it out. It was fine until the last reader (who was using Skype, I suspect).

oh, no! I'm just halfway through Herodotus' History and feel drawn to this already...
yeah, I know the initial lines as anyone else, but should still go through it. |

Having very few time today I could only listen into it for a short period. Accidentally he just read the ball of Netherfield, one of my favourite scenes from the 95 PP movies. At the moment (Darcy giving his letter to Elisabeth) they seem to have sound problems again.

Aww, I totally missed this. I like P&P almost as much as Sense and Sensibility.
Austen's book are so intelligent and full of whit - what a shame she did not get to write more. Monkey, all you need is the first page and you'll be hooked. Everybody knows...
