Can I just remove typeface info entirely?

I have a book that I purchased on Amazon that has a problem with the fonts. Namely, they are smaller than my preference, and bold instead of regular.

I removed the DRM using a method that is not relevant to this conversation and viewed the book in Calibre's internal reader. It shows the typeface as sans-serif (at least my Kindle ignored the "sans-serif" instruction), and smaller than usual and bold.

What I would like to do is try to convert the book from MOBI to MOBI, re-formatting it with no typeface instructions at all. I figure this would make it show up the same way as "regular" books. Can't seem to figure out how to go about this, though. Any suggestions?

Yes, when converting select to remove fonts, see attached.

Thanks! I was just posting to say that I'd found that tab.

For the benefit of future readers who might find this thread by search, in my particular case I also had to put font-weight into the "other CSS properties".
