Zweig, Stefan: Jeremias. V1.1 [German] 25.1.2013
Dieses auf biblischem Stoff basierende Drama veröffentlichte Stefan Zweig nicht von ungefähr im letzten Jahr des ersten Weltkriegs, 1918. Zweig, der einen radikalen Pazifismus vertrat, führte auch mit diesem Werk seinen "Kampf gegen den Verrat der Vernunft an die aktuelle Massenleidenschaft", wie er sich seinem Freund Romain Rolland gegenüber ausdrückte.
Die Ausgabe folgt mit Dank der Edition in project gutenberg.org, welcher die Erstausgabe zugrundelag. Dieser entstammt auch das Cover.
