BoB 'Format No Longer for Sale'
I went to check on my BoB wishlist and found a bunch of titles which are now listed at 'Format No Longer for Sale'.

Anyone have any clue what this is about? My -guess- is its an Agency pricing thing as these were all agency books. Oddly enough some books aren't even available at all anymore but are still up at other Bookstores.

Example:
Trudi Canavan, Traitor Queen: No formats available for this country [United States] and currency [$USD]. (But there is still the 'Buy for Kindle' graphic that links to Amazon.)

Yes, I found that yesterday when I looked at my wishlist. And my BOB account has Japan as the country. (Sorry, did not record details before I deleted them)

However, other publications of the same title were still available.

Wondering if BOB is no longer stocking certain publishers?

I've seen it too, but on some the same book from the same publisher had a second listing that was available, others didn't. More likely one of their distributors doesn't have the title in their catalog anymore. I know they use OverDrive and Ingram (LightningSource), not sure about others.

This happened to me too. They are all books that are still readily available from Amazon, B&N, Kobo, etc., so I'm not sure what the problem is.

BoB was also discounting some agency books lower than any other online stores, but the prices jumped up somewhat after the holidays.

I have noticed this as well, but I am a bit worried since it looks like 85 % of the Samhain titles are gone.

I noticed that as well, but then I realised it was because they changed their system. Instead of giving a 20 percent discount, they offer coupon codes.

I e-mailed BoB and asked them about the missing Samhain titles, since that was what I noticed first. And according to the respone I got it is possible that the distributor has changed the availability. Hopefully, everything will be sorted out soon.
