Talk to me about Jeff Noon
I've always been interested in his works and they're not exactly pricey although not all of them are out in e-book yet. Just curious to see who has encountered and enjoyed/not enjoyed this author.

I've honestly never heard of him. What sort of books does he write?

The ones I've read (Vurt, Automated Alice and Pollen) were cyberpunk with a trippy fantasy-like feel. It was years ago but I thoroughly enjoyed them. Thanks for the reminder of this author - they're now on my ebook wishlist!

I read Vurt, and maybe one or two others. I really liked them at the time, but I'm not sure they'd still appeal to me now.
I believe he had a long break from writing, but is back now. (I'm not sure why I believe this, and I'm not going to check. )

I wanted to start with Vurt, but it's not out on ebook yet. Maybe I should look at one of his standalones or his short story collection.
I like cyberpunk mostly, but sometimes authors get so trippy that I can't really follow the story properly anymore.

They appear to be available at amazon.co.uk: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vurt-ebook/dp/B009W2HKXM/
Are they not available in Australia then? Andrew |
