KindleTERM - a SSH client kindlet

My build just started failing. Weird. This worked before.

Oh, it's defined here:

build.properties:wtk.home=../../../../WTK-2.5.1

That definitely does not exist. Question is, where do I get it, and why did it work before?

How about this: you try it, and report back whether it works or not. And if it doesn't, post an exact error description, or better yet, try to fix it and post the method.

I did try running that .jar from the normal kindle collection menu
but I didn't follow the instructions fully:

1) Copy the developer.keystore in /var/local/java/keystore directory. I wanted to use the AdQ's keystore used for KIF but unfortunatelly Ant's signjar task fails with message:

I don't know how to add keys without overwriting the ones I got installed from the jailbreak process.

Just tell me what script, source, docs to read or where to start to figure this out and I will happily do it myself.

for someone attempting to get their head around kindlets.

The orginal error was something to do with only having the public half of the key (or something) The dev certs are bundled in that post too (use the test one to sign it)
Grab the latest ones from the shared keystore thread though! The test one seems to be mangled in that one...

(an error like: jarsigner: Certificate chain not found for: dktest. dktest must reference a valid KeyStore key entry containing a private key and corresponding public key certificate chain.) Is totally generic. could be the file is actually missing that entry. : )


I honestly don't use this KindletTerm thingy - never have - don't have a PW and (reading the top post) looking back see why I didn't fancy it in the fist place. (lots of faffing for now much gain)

With the lack of OSK. well... Good fortune.
