eBook Survey - Help Needed
Hi there,



I wondered if anyone could help? I am currently in my last year at uni (mature student) studying for a BA in eCommunications and am conducting small scale research as part of my dissertation.

I am investigating whether eBooks are ever likely to replace the conventional book and have compiled a short online survey (aimed at people that read eBooks) to discover reading preferences etc.

Every month or two a survey like this is posted here. This is the first one I recall where every question was clearly worded and one that I could answer.

I'm not sure how the survey could help answer if and when electronic books will replace paper ones, but that's not my problem. Personally, I think that newly printed paper books will eventually be as rare as the book type they replaced (hand-written ones on animal skin). When that will happen is unknowable. How long did the transition to the printing press take?

I will say, as I'm sure hordes have said before, that I was shocked to like ebooks as much as I do. I'm thinking of getting rid of my whole conventional book collection now.
