Using dictionary on Kindle

I often read blogs and articles on my Kindle Keyboard.
But I need to use my built in English-Hungarian dictionary.

I usually download the article in HTML if exists a printable format.
If doesn’t (for example blogs), I copy the article and paste it into the MS Word, after that I save as PDF.

Later, I convert either the HTML or the PDF into MOBI.
Unfortunately I can’t use my built-in dictionary on my Kindle. It doesn’t show anything.
Only “Begin typing to create a note or...” blablabla.

Interesting thing, if I download the same article with the Calibre built-in news download service, I can use my dictionary. It shows the meaning of the words.

I have tried to convert HTML and PDF into AZW3, but it worked neither.
I use the Calibre with default setting.

Have you met similar problem?
Could you suggest something to me?

Thank you for your answer in advance!

I mean, if I convert anything into MOBI or AZW3 by the Calibre, I won’t be able to use a dictionary on my Kindle.

Neither my English-Hungarian dictionary nor the Kindle’s own single language Oxford dictionary.

Try using Mobi2mobi and set language to english.

For mobi2mobi, see the sticky in the Mobi forum.

Yes, the language ID of the book has to match the language ID of the dictionary.

Thank you so much for your idea!

I have found a setting in the Calibre in the "Edit metadata" where I can choose the proper language.
I have never use it before.

But finally it works!
:-D

Thank you again!
