New version:

24 hours work fine, but I think seconds should be hidden. In "Sonstiges" (Tools) translations seem to be incomplete

Another suggestion: A browser icon in the reading menue. For toggling between a book and e. g. Wikipedia in the shortest way.

Is this for kepubs or epubs?

If it's easy to remove the numbers for kepubs, would it be possible to get rid of the "pages per chapter" nonsense and have it say "pages per total" (just like how the numbers show up in epubs) instead? That would really really make my day!

Is this just the 24 hours for non-English system languages? Or have you/could you also implement the 24h clock for the English language (perhaps by telling it to use the German clock ).

I had suggested some posts ago:

"Sonstiges"-menue: "Library" is redundant, remove it. Translation for German: Browser = Internet; Reboot = Neustart; Reserved = Frei; WiFi = WLAN

"Browser" has changed to "Internet". Maybe you did that in general. Or translation works not properly. I don't know.

This did not happen to me. Second and third and fourth time: still no plugin. But THEN I realised I was only opening Kepub books. So I opened an epub instead: instant plugin activation. So apparently you have to open an epub.

I see now that 24h is indeed on mine as well, despite the English system language. But yes, please do remove the seconds! They are making me nervous!

Another thing: hitting "Library" goes directly to library, but always directly sorted by title. I prefer to see it by recent reads, is there a way for it to remember the last sort you used?

The transition through the 2.0.4/2.1.5 update looks like it permanently changes the Firmware Update Management firmware. Since those versions were installed, a factory reset took me back to 1.9.11, then a Desktop drive update took me to 2.1.5.

I can confirm this. I have done two factory resets today (don't ask) and the Kobo desktop app took me straight from 1.9.11 to 2.1.5.

I wonder if what happened was the firmware size on the 2.0 series was too large; not leaving enough free space on the internal partition for a 2.1 upgrade, so by stripping out the built in dictionaries on the 2.1 series you are now able to go directly from 1.9 to 2.1 ?
