Library modification plugin

Is there a plugin, or another means to allow one person to generate a script of modifications to a calibre library that another user can execute?

i.e. Users A and B have identical libraries.
User A generates a script that removes 2 books and renames a third and sends to user B. User B executes script and this modifies their library?

Create a script that uses the calibredb command. Assuming that the libraries are identical then the same script will work on both.
