A pen didn't work too well with this.* board of 8x8 = 1 blocks of 7 x 7 = (2x2) = 4 blocks of 6 x 6 = (3x3) = 9 blocks of 5 x 5 = (4x4) = 16 blocks of 4 x 4 = (5x5) = 25 blocks of 3 x 3 = (6x6) = 36 blocks of 2 x 2 = (7x7) = 49 blocks of 1 x 1 = 64 total = 204?

Yay! I was tired drawing and erasing lines, but didn't want to give up. By the time I did the first three, I could see a pattern.
