Authors making up publisher names should perhaps first run an internet search to see if it is one that exists (and especially if it reflects well on their books).

Seems to be more self-pub (not that it's easy to tell at Kobo).

Just bought a Kobo Glo and really struggling to find where I'm supposed to put my promo code in - when I go to checkout all I see is a space for gift cards as below - nowhere to put a promo code in:
