it seems that the same judge (Judge Koh) will be overseeing the trial as well so i wonder if it will have a slight bias.
and what will happen if Apple does get its injunction? An Apple dictatorship? o.o God, I hope Google and Motorola win their case. it seems they're out for blood this time.

It's amazing to read this whole thread. For most, it is either my way or the highway! I thought the Kindle vs. everyone else ereader war was partisan, but this one beats that one hands down!

I need to stop reading these threads. I'm so confused now, that I can't tell the difference between my Galaxy Player 4.0 and my iPod touch 4. I reach for my Galaxy and two hours later, I realize I have my iPod in hand.

Not necessarily.
I am not anti-Apple, but I found MovieBird's post to be humorous, as well as fairly accurate. The last iPad and iPhone launches were far too overhyped, and the end results were products that, while improvements over their predecessors, were really rather subtle evolutions.
