Table of Contents Not Showing Up When Using Mobi Plugin for InDesign

Hey peeps,

So I'm trying to export to Kindle from InDesign CS5 and having a hell of a time with the table of contents. I'm exporting directly from my indb file and everything looks pretty good except the table of contents is flat out missing. It's a blank page where the TOC should be.

I've tried using the InDesign paragraph styles to create a TOC through InDesign and that didn't work, and I've also tried using the cross reference trick to link it to the other documents in the book file. Both from It won't let me add a hyperlink text anchor, the dialog box just says "none" no matter what I do. I've had no luck with either solution.

Other than some small footnotes, this TOC is the last thing I need to do.

Is there a way for me to do it manually? I'm not great with CSS but I can put it in if someone tells me where and what to do.
