Personally I hope that she writes as well as she advertises, but maybe that is an old sailor thing.



I don't usually do romance type books, but I will watch for that one at my Ingles and Walmart, and pop the cover to see how it reads.

Or maybe Amazon will let me look inside a bit.

Good point, but maybe over-simplified. If I step in horse manure by accident, that also gets my attention, but not exactly in a way that makes me want to recommend the experience to my friends.

O.K. scoffers. Let's analyze my reaction.

I first saw a beautiful woman, good strong legs, over bosomy, thick waist.
That's a sailors view!
And she was on a horse! Seemingly quite comfortable in an action position.

I didn't know who she (Katie Price or Jordan) was. I looked her up on Google.
(How many authors do I look up? - not many!) It turns out she was a model, business woman, married a few times, now a writer, and was a good horsewoman, and it was her on the horse.

She has gotten my attention though she probably has written only a standard "romantic novel" which will not interest me very much. It does have a nice title though.

Pretty good advertising, I would say.

Now I don't expect to buy the book, but I will look into it because I am a bit curious. Maybe she will beat expectations. Maybe not.

She has attracted attention from me, and I imagine a lot of other people.
I call that "good advertising."

Q: Now, here’s one that needs clearing up, you’ve mentioned in the past that ghost-writers write your books, having worked closely with you for direction. What does your role as ‘Director’ entail? And how much involvement do you ensure you have?

- I write all my books with Rebecca Farnworth. We’re a great team. With the non fiction I speak what happens in my life into a Dictaphone and Rebecca then tidies it up and writes it up. We then go through it all chapter by chapter. With the fiction, we meet up and have great fun coming up with the storylines and then go through it chapter by chapter as Rebecca writes it.
