Mobileread or Book Club?
I'll try to keep it short - on the mobileread.com web page there used to be some news about ebooks. New readers, screen technologies, new websites and so on. For the last months all the posts (beside the April fools) are about the book club. Occasionally there is a short message concerning the forum. So, what happened to the news?

News articles will only be there if someone writes them. If you have something "Newsworthy" to report, please do contribute.

Any one can write the article in any forum. Then just tap the report posts ! tag and request it be posted on the News page. It is that simple. If you know of a good image to add report that also.

Yes, front page items (most of them, at least) are just "redirects" from forum posts. Any forum post can be set to appear on the front page.
But to repeat the original point, if you feel that any post is significant enough to appear on the front page, please just report it and ask for it to be moved to the front page. We probably need to publicise this more  .
